DDTC Library Regulations

Entering the DDTC Library Area
- 1.1
External visitors must confirm their visit in advance by contacting [email protected] or the hotline at +62-21-2938-2700. Please check the availability of the books you want to read through the DDTC Library website.

Internal visitors must tap their ID cards, while external visitors must tap their access cards upon entering the DDTC Library area.
- 1.3
Internship participants and external visitors must complete the attendance form available on the PC in the DDTC Library area.
- 1.4
Store your bags in the designated area. Only stationery, laptops, and other essential items are allowed inside the DDTC Library area.

Visiting Hours
- 2.1
Books may be read within the DDTC Library area during operational hours, from 09.00 am to 05.00 pm (Western Indonesia Time).
- 2.2
Visitors are not permitted to stay in the DDTC Library area during break times 12.00 am to 1.00 pm (Monday to Thursday) and 12.00 am to 1.30 pm (Friday).

If you need to remain in the DDTC Library area during break time, please inform the librarian in advance.

Reading Books
- 3.1
Check book availability and location using the database on the PC in the DDTC Library area.
- 3.2
Read the books you need.
- 3.3
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the books you read.
- 3.4
Books may not be taken outside the DDTC Library area, except by internal staff under the official borrowing scheme.
- 3.5
After reading, place books in the designated basket. Do not return books directly to the shelves.

Prohibitions
- 4.1
Photocopying, scanning, or any other form of duplication of library books is strictly prohibited.
- 4.2
Please maintain silence while in the DDTC Library area to ensure a comfortable reading environment for all visitors.
- 4.3
Eating or drinking is not allowed in the DDTC Library area.
- 4.4
Do not scribble on, tear, or damage any part of the books.

Consequences for Violations
- 5.1
The DDTC Library, through its librarians, reserves the right to take firm action against any visitor who violates these rules.
- 5.2
Menara DDTC premises are monitored by CCTV; any theft of library materials will be reported to the relevant authorities.
