Court Management/Administration is an innovative concept as it requires the implementation of management techniques of planning, organizing and controlling of activities in Court Room. I got the opportunity to teach this subject in my University but I could not find enough study material or books on this subject. I drafted the syllabus of this subject and referred to the various lectures delivered by Judges of District Courts, High Courts and Supreme Court on the topics of Court Management and Administration in Judicial Academies and Conferences. I have developed the structure of this book on the basis of those lectures and produced it in the form of this book. I hope the readers find it knowledgeable and easy to understand.
